On my way to work today as I pulled onto the MS campus I saw a tiny yellow single person car. I followed it but soon lost it in the maze known as the MS campus so I wasn't able to get a picture of it; but as I was walking up to my building I came across another car (in the picture). Who drives a ... ummmm ... dune buggy? race car? to work?
